Our Mission

We guarantee that we will never take on a project that we do not feel 100% confident we can execute to our client’s full satisfaction.

We started Tímios Technical after spending years on the client-side working with contractors from various consulting agencies and seeing firsthand how paying top dollar rarely leads to top performances. All too often we worked with project managers that did not understand our business, our values, our current technology architecture, or the technology we had hired them to help us implement. Instead, we were stuck paying top dollar for contractors to simply “go through the motions” just to keep our projects moving forward at a snail’s pace.

That is why we strive to build authentic partnerships with our clients that yield long-term, trusting relationships, by bringing with us a “skin in the game” mentality that drives predictable and sustainable results. Through our unique combination of experience working on both the client and vendor side, we are confident that we excel where others all too often fall short.

At our core we believe three things separate us from other consultancies and technology implementers:

  • Having worked on the client-side ourselves, we personally know the consequences of a consultant or contractor lacking in transparency. Therefore, we promise to strive daily to create a truly transparent and honest partnership with all of our customers. They are trusting us with their business and we need to earn that trust on a daily basis.

  • We have been burned in the past by contractors that simply “go through the motions” and lack a true understanding of the business and technologies they are tasked to implement. We believe it is imperative to our success that we have a deep understanding of our customer’s business operations, the problem they are looking to solve, as well as their current technology stack, and any new technologies being implemented.

  • All too often technology projects drag out or even fail due to broadly identified, weakly understood metrics of success. Every engagement we are involved in must have clearly defined success metrics that are both quantifiable and measurable and agreed upon by our customers.

Only take on projects we can devote our full attention to and have a high degree of confidence that we will be successful.

It should go without saying that any contractor should never take on a project if they are not confident they can deliver for this client. Yet, we have been burned before by contractors that do just that, all to increase their bottom line. We will never take on a project simply to increase our revenue. We will only take on projects we can fully commit to and deliver on.

Our clients are our team members.

In order to be successful, we must have a deep understanding of our customer’s business operations, the problems they need to solve, and their technology architecture.

Success must be measured.

Every engagement we are involved in must have clearly defined success criteria that are both quantifiable and measurable.
